摘要
为保证齿轮设计的正确性,介绍了新型电潜螺杆泵减速器齿轮传动中存在的各种干涉现象及产生的原因和避免的条件,通过分析计算给出了避免各种干涉的变位系数的取值范围和措施。
For the correctness of gear designing, this paper introduces the phenomena, the cause and the avoidance condition of other interference existing in the gear drive of reducer of submersible screw pump respectively. And it presents its value range of modification coefficient and measures of avoiding interference based on the analysis and calculation.
