摘要
Pokemon(POK erythroid ontogenic factor)蛋白,即POK红系髓性致癌因子,是POK转录抑制物家簇的一个成员,为ZBTB7基因所编码的产物。Pokemon蛋白作为转录因子参与一些细胞基因转录的调节,并在细胞分化过程中发挥着关键、多效性的功能。近来发现,Poke-mon在致癌转化过程中发挥着至关重要的功能,并与肿瘤的发生密切相关。
Pokemon is also called POK erythroid ontogenic factor, which is a member of transcriptional repressor family of POK (POZ and Kruppel) and is the codogenic product of ZBTB7 gene, As transcription factor, Pokemon protein takes part in the regulations of some genes transcription and plays key and polyphonic function in cellular differentiation. Recent studies showed that Pokemon played a critical role in the transformation of carcinogenesis and has close relationship with tumorigenesis.
