摘要
城市图像监控与预警系统是集安全防范、计算机应用、网络通信、视频压缩传输、访问控制等高新技术为一体的庞大系统;城市图像监控和预警系统的建设提升了城市管理水平。但是,如何监控和分析这些大量的视频数据,从中及时发现有用的知识,提高信息利用率,及时预警,则是迫切需要解决的问题。采用数据挖掘技术分析视频数据,追踪潜在信息,并对某些区域进行重点监控,可以大大减少其工作量,及时报警,提高预警分析能力。
The system of image monitoring and early warning is a large system including of security precaution, computer utility, network eommunieatoin, video compression transmission and visiting control. By means of the system, we promote the capability of city administration. However,the question is how to monitor and analyze the large number of video data in order to acquire some available information. Data Mining technology solves the above issue to some extent.
