摘要
制备聚吡咯/聚乳酸(PPy/PLA)电活性复合膜并对其表征。应用乳液聚合法制备PPy/PLA复合膜,通过扫描电镜、红外光谱检测复合膜的表面特征和结构特点,使用直流电刺激系统测定复合膜的导电稳定性。结果表明:扫描电镜观察PPy颗粒连续分散在PLA基质中,红外光谱检测显示有PPy和PLA的吸收峰,直流电刺激系统测定复合膜电导率缓慢下降,在560h到1146h之间电流持续保持在28~35μA。表明制备的PPy/PLA电活性复合膜确实含有PPy和PLA高分子聚合物,40天内在生理环境条件下仍具有生物意义的直流电。这种结合导电性和生物相容性的材料将在组织工程中有着广泛的应用。
To prepare and characterize the PPy/PLA electro-active composite. PPy/PLA electro-active composite was prepared with the emulsion polymerization method and measured by SEM and FT-IR, Then conductive stability was determined with DC electric stimulation system, Result showed that PPy particle dispersed continuously into PLA substance by SEM. Absorbing apex of PLA and PPy could be seen in FT-IR spectra, Electric conductivity decreased slowly and sustained at 28 - 35 μA from 560h to 1146h,It is concluded that PPy/PLA electro-active composite possess biosignificant DC electric current and has potential useful in tissue engineering.
