聚乳酸静电纺丝生物可降解材料的表面特征研究 被引量:3

摘要 聚乳酸因为无毒性、细胞相容性和可降解性成为最早作为骨、软骨组织工程的支架材料,也是目前运用最为广泛的骨组织工程材料,但由于其生物活性较差,限制了其在医学生物材料方面的应用。本文尝试通过静电纺丝这种方法对聚乳酸材料进行改性,探讨改性后材料的表面特征,并进一步探讨通过静电纺丝导致材料表面、空间结构的变化对材料的亲水性和降解速度的影响。
