摘要
文章在介绍了制度及其功能后,然后运用演化经济学理论,从进化博弈的视角分析了建筑施工企业技术制度的演化进程和路径:基于技术管理实践的个人"技巧",企业技术组织逐渐形成管理"惯例"的规则和制度。
Having introduced the institute and its function,this paper analyzes the general process of the evolution and the path of the technology institute of the construction enterprises： based on the skills of the individual accumulated by the practice of the technology management,the organization formed the rules and system known as institute through convention gradually.
