摘要
以南京造币厂J98型印钞机为研究对象,对传统收纸链条导轨的布局进行了运动学分析,并指出了其存在的弊端,然后利用五次多项式曲线运动规律对导轨的关键部位进行了改进设计。仿真结果表明,链条在改进后的导轨中高速运行时不会受到冲击,运动更趋于平稳。
With J98 type of bill printing press made in Nanjing Mint as the research objective, the kinematics analysis is made of the layout of traditional delivery guide rail, with its existing disadvantages pointed out in this paper. And then, the quintic polynomial curvilinea motion law is used to improve the design of key position of guide rail. The simulation results indicate that the chains in the improved guide rail can not be subject to shock when moving at a high speed, with their motion tending to be smooth.
