摘要
过载保护器是确保传递的载荷不超过限定值的机械装置,当载荷超过设定允许值时,可将传动迅速脱离,反应及时,安全可靠。主要用于工作中有可能发生大的过载和严重冲击的传动系统,如机床、包装机械、印刷机械、矿山机械、农业机械、纺织机械等,起到安全保护作用。本文提出并设计了两种过载保护器供大家参考。
Overload protector is a mechanism that to ensure load not to exceed the limit. If the load exceed the permissible value, this device can cut off transmission immediately, its reaction is timely and more safety and dependable. This kind of device usually used in the transmission system with big shock and overload, such as machine tool, packing machine, mine machine, agriculture machine, spinning machine, etc. In this article, two kinds of devices that I have designed are provided to everyone for reference.
