摘要 目的探讨HO-1在肾移植中对肾功能的影响。方法实验分3组:肾移植组(A组);缺血再灌注组(B组);假手术组(C组)。各组在术后24h测血尿素氮、血肌酐值及尿NAG活性,并取肾组织做常规病理切片。用免疫组化法检测HO-1表达,用间接法测HO-1活性。结果与假手术组相比,肾移植和缺血再灌注组肾功能均明显受损,光镜下肾组织损害明显,且H0-1表达及活性均增加,但两者之间差异无显著性。结论HO-1在肾移植后表达上调,对肾脏具有保护作用。 [Objective] To discuss the role of heme oxygenase-l(HO-1) in kidney transplantation. [Methods] Three study groups were set: kidney transplantation group (group A), ischemia/reperfusion group (group B) and shamoperation group (group C). Blood BUN, Cr and urine NAG/Cr were measured at 24 h post operatively. Lesions in kid- ney constitutions were detected by pathological examination. The protein expressions of HO-1 were inspected by immunohistochemistry, while HO-1 activity was determined simultaneously. [Results] Compared with sham-operation group, renal injuries were much more aggravated in group A and B. But there was no significant difference between A and B. At the same time, and the expression and activity of HO-1 were much higher in group A and B. [Conclusions] The HO-1 protein induced by kidney transplantation may contribute to the protection on kidney injury.
