摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定五维B颗粒中维生素B1含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为YWG-C18,流动相为1%冰醋酸溶液(含0.005mol.L-1庚烷磺酸钠)-甲醇-乙腈(65∶21∶14),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为254nm,进样量为5μL。结果:维生素B1检测浓度的线性范围为0.1~0.6mg.mL-1(r=0.9997);平均回收率为100.3%,RSD=0.36%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确、专属性强,可用于该制剂中维生素B1的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC method for the determination of VB1 in five vitamin -granules. METHODS: YWG- C18 column was used. The mobile phase was dilute glacial acetic acid containing 0.005mol· L^-1 sodium heptanesul-fonate- methanol - acetonitrile(65 : 21 : 14) with a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 254nm and the sample size was 5μL. RESULTS: The calibration curve of VB1 was linear in the range of 0.1-0.6mg· mL^-1(r = 0.999 7) . The average recovery was 100.3% (RSD = 0.36%) . CONCLUSION: The method was proved to be simple, rapid, accurate and specific, and it can be used for the quantitative determination of VBI in five vitamin- granules.
