摘要
目的建立测定利眼明滴眼液中维生素B 1含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Diamonsil C18柱（250×4.6 mm,5μm）,以甲醇-0.05 mol.l^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（8：92）为流动相,流速为0.4 ml.min^-1,检测波长为246 nm,柱温为20℃。结果维生素B1的线性范围为2.042～12.252μg.ml^-1,r=0.9999（n=6）,平均回收率为100.42%,RSD=0.85%（n=9）。结论该方法操作简便,快速,结果准确。
Objective To establish a method for determining Vitamin BI in Liyanming eye drops by HPLC. Methods A column Diamonsil C18（250 ×4.6 mm, 5 μ m） was selected. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 05 mol.L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution （8：92） was adopted. The flow rate was 0.4 ml·min^-1 The detection wavelengths was 246 nm. The column temperature was at 20℃. Results The linear calibration curves was obtained over the range of 2.042-12.252 μg · ml^-1 The mean recovery of vitamin BI was I00.42% with RSD of 0.85%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
