KH570对PZN-PZT/PVDF压电复合材料性能的影响

摘要 采用丙烯酰氧基的硅烷偶联剂(KH570)对压电陶瓷锌铌锆钛酸铅(PZN-PZT)进行表面改性。然后将改性后的PZN-PZT陶瓷粉体与聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)复合,制备出PZN-PZT/PVDF 0-3型压电复合材料,研究了KH570含量对压电复合材料铁电性、介电性及压电性能的影响。结果表明:KH570的加入有效地改善了复合材料的压电性,当KH570含量为1.2%时压电复合材料的d达到29.8pC/N。 PZN-PZT piezoelectric ceramic powders were modified by KH570. The PZN-PZT/PVDF composites were made through incorporated PZN-PZT power into PVDF polymer matrix. The effect of different KH570 content on the ferroelectricity, dielectric property and piezoelectricity of piezoelectric composites were investigated. The results show that the piezoelectricity of composites is improved effectively by KH570. When the KH570 content is 1.2% , the d33 of piezoelectric composites achieves 29.8pC/N.
