摘要
对酸枣仁乳饮料的加工技术进行了探讨。经正交试验,确定了最佳配方。酸枣仁通过水浸提制成提取液后与牛奶、白砂糖等调配在一起,经均质、杀菌制成酸枣仁乳饮料。
This article has discussed the processing techniques of Semen Ziziphi spinosae milk drink. The optimum processing technology and formula were obtained through the orthogonal experimental design. Semen Ziziphi spinosae was extracted by water and mixed with milk and sugar into Semen Ziziphi spinosae milk drink after sterilization.
