摘要
目的 探讨白内障超声乳化术中后囊膜破裂的原因及术中处理方法。方法 2003年12月-2006年12月25例白内障超声乳化术中后囊膜破裂的原因、处理及术后视力进行分析。25例后囊膜破裂中，20例（80％）发生于乳化晶状体核时，4例（16％）发生于吸除晶状体皮质时，1例（4％）发生于植入人工晶体时。发现后囊膜破裂时立即停止操作，防止核下沉，接着扩大切口，娩出晶状体核。经及时处理后，25例均一期植入人工晶体。结果 术后3个月随访：视力〉0．5的10例（40％），0．3-0．1的14例（56％），〈0．1的1例（4％）。结论 白内障超声乳化术中发生后囊膜破裂经过正确处理．仍可获得良好的视力。
Objective To investigate the eause and management of posterior eapsule rupture during eataraet phaeoemulsifieation. Methods The elinieal data of 25 eases with posterior capsular rupture in eataraet phaeoemulsifieation from 2003 to 2006 were retrospeetively analyzed. Results The posterior eapsules of 20eases（ 80% ） were injured in stage of erushed nuelear removing ,4 eases（ 16% ）in stage of residual eortex removing, 1 ease（4% ）in stage of implanting intraoeular lens, Onee posterior eapsule rupture oeeurs,the operation should be stopped immediately to avoid lens nuelear dropping in vitreous body,then expand in- eision and take out lens nuelear, In all 25eases, IOLs implantation were performed ,The follow-up of three months after operations showed that the vision 〉0.5 in 10 eases（40% ） ,vision 0. 1 to 0.3 in 14 eases（56% ） ,vision 〈0. 1 in 1 ease（4% ）. Conclu- sions The good visual outcome still ean be resulted after immediate proper management even if the posterior eapsule rupture oeeurred in phacoemulsifieation.
