摘要
在计划体制下,大学与社会的关系被政府隔断,大学无法按照社会市场的需求办学,一切以政府的指令行事;随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,政府行政控制大学办学行为的社会基础、法理基础、经济基础都已经发生变革,三者之间的关系必然发生新的转向,即从直线关系转变成三角关系。
Under the planned system, the relationship between university and society was blocked by the government. So that the university can not meet the need from society and only have to do what the government instructed. With the establishment of the socialist market economy system, the social, juridical logic and economical bases of the university behaviors under the administrative control of the government have been changed, the relationship among them has been turned into a new orientation, that is from straight line to a triangle relationship.
