摘要 目的:分析术前角膜屈光力与LASIK术中制作的角膜瓣直径和厚度的关系。方法:对59名接受LASIK手术患者的102只眼的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:术前角膜曲率与角膜瓣的直径和厚度呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。术前角膜曲率大于44.5D的患者,其角膜瓣的直径和厚度明显增大。其与术前角膜曲率小于43.5D患者的差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分析LASIK术前患者角膜前表面形态参数,对于提高LASIK手术的预测性和安全性具有重要的意义。 Objective: To evaluate the relationship between the preoperative keratometry and corneal flap diameter and thickness in LASIK. Methods: Clinical records of 102 eyes of 59 consecutive patients with LASIK were reviewed. The preoperative corneal keratometry, intraoperative corneal diameter and postoperative corneal thickness were measured. The data was analyzed using a pearson correlation coefficient, t test. Results: There were significant positive correlations between preoperative keratometry and corneal flap diameter and thickness. The increase of corneal flap diameter and thickness in steeper corneas (〉44.5 D) were higher than that in fiat corneas (〈43.5 D). Steeper corneas are correlated to larger and thicker corneal flaps in LASIK. Conclusion: Careful consideration of preoperative data may improve the predictability of flap formation to reduce the risk of flap related complications and enhance the efficacy of the refractive outcomes.
