摘要
和谐的劳资关系是和谐社会的微观基础。文章分析论证了和谐的劳资关系与企业竞争优势的内在联系,提出了和谐劳资关系的构建对策。和谐劳资关系的构建对策应当包括鉴定劳动合约之前、履行劳动合约之中和结束劳动合约之后的劳资关系建设、维护和强化管理。
Harmonious relation between labor and capital is the micro foundation of harmonious society. This paper analyzes the connection between the harmonious relation and the competitive advantage of enterprises and puts forward the measures to set up harmonious relation between labor and capital, which should be realized before, after and in the process the labor contract is signed.
