乳腺癌C-erb B-2、p53的表达及其与ER、PR的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨C—erbB-2、p53、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP方法检测43例乳腺癌病例中C—erbB-2、p53、ER、PR的表达,并分析其临床意义。结果43例乳腺癌中C—erbB-2、p53、ER、PR的阳性表达率分别为76.7%、39.5%、41.9%、51.2%,p53、ER、PR的阳性表达率在患者年龄、有无淋巴结转移及组织学类型之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),C—erbB-2表达率在有无淋巴结转移之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),在患者年龄、肿瘤体积及组织学类型之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);ER、PR与C—erbB-2表达一致率为51.2%,表达不一致率为48.8%,p53与C—erbB-2表达一致率为53.5%,表达不一致率为46.5%,p53、ER、PR表达与C—erbB-2表达无显著相关性(P〉0.05)。结论C—erbB-2的阳性表达是乳腺癌患者预后差的指标,联合检测p53、ER、PR更有助于乳腺癌患者的临床治疗和预后判断。 Objective To investigate the expressions of C - erbB - 2, p53, estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone reeeptor(PR) in breast cancer tissue and their clinical significance. Methods The expressions of C - erbB - 2, p53, ER, PR in 43 cases of breast cancer tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry, and their clinical significance were statistically analyzed. Results Positive expression rate of C - erbB -2, p53, ER, PR in 43 cases of breast cancer tissue were 76.7%, 39.5%, 41.9% , 51.2%. There were no difference of the expressions of p53, ER, PR in age, tumor volume and the histology type of breast cancers ( P 〉 0.05 ), There was difference of expression of C - erbB - 2 in lymph node status(P 〈0.05 ), there were no difference in age, tumor volume and the histology type of breast cancers (P 〉 0.05 ). The consistent rate of C -erbB -2, ER, PR in 43 cases of breast cancer tissue was 51.2%, different rate was 48.8%. The consistent rate of C -erbB -2, p53 in 43 cases of breast cancer tissue was 53.5%, different rate was 46.5%, the expressions of p53, ER, PR were not related with C - erbB - 2 ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions C - erbB - 2 positive expression is a poor prognosis factor for breast cancer patients. Combined detection of p53, ER and PR may help clinical treatment and prognostic judgement of breast cancer patients.
