摘要
本实验观察了吸入福尔马林后小鼠气管、肺、肝组织的病理形态学改变。经福尔马林作用后,气管、肺、肝组织细胞均受到不同程度的损伤。其中对呼吸系统的影响是显著的。主要表现为气管纤毛的粘连、倒伏及脱失;Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞内成熟及接近成熟的板层体明显减少,部分出现空泡化现象。肝细胞内线粒体数目明显减少,肿胀及崤消失。损伤的可能机理是福尔马林对细胞生物膜的直接损伤作用。
Pathomorphological changes in the tissue of trachea, lung and liver after inhalation of formalin in mice Were studied in this experiment. It has been observed that the tissue cells of trachea, lung, and liver were all subjected to various degree of injury. Among which those of the respiratory system were the most seriously affected. It presented as adhesion, falling, and lost of cillia in the trached; markedly decreased in matured and near-matured Iamellar body within the type Ⅱ alveolar epithelial cells, and some of them presented with vacuolization; striking decreased of mitochondria, disappearence of crista and swelling of the mitochondria in the liver cells. Directed destructive action by formalin on the biolgical membrane of the cells my be the possible mechanism of the injury.
