多喷纬细特高密宽幅织物的研制开发

摘要 通过分析纯棉细特高密多喷纬织物在浆纱工序和织造工序的生产技术难点,研究制订了纺纱条件、浆料配方与上浆工艺、织布工序工艺参数以及所采取的技术措施。应最大程度地提高纱线单强CV和条干水平,选用高浓低黏、延伸性好的浆料,上浆以被覆增强为主,织造采用"中张力、高后梁、早开口、晚喷纬、长辅喷"的工艺原则。 Based on the analyses of the difficulties in yarn sizing and fabric weaving in processing pure cotton and fine tex and high density wide and width mult-weft jet fabric, new spinning conditions, size composition and sizing technology of the yarn as well as the processing parameters of the weaving and the related technical measures are researched and determined. The single yarn strength CV and the yarn eveness should be raised and a size of high concentration and low viscosity plus good stretch has to be selected. The sizing is required to have the ends fully covered and the weaving has to follow the principle of "mid-tension, high back-beam, early shedding, later weft jet and long anxiliary jet".
