叙述了赛络纺成纱细节多、断头多、生产效率低的原因,包括吊锭不灵活、粗纱架排列过密、易产生吊皮圈、钢丝圈飞圈等,进而研究制订了针对性改进措施。
In this paper are detailed the causes of more ends breaking, more neps on the formed yam and lower productivity in the yarn forming by use of siro spinning technology, including no flexibility of suspended spindles, more densed arrangement of roving guides, apron defects and traveller flying, etc. countermeasures are studied and worked out.
