摘要
高精度跟踪式水位测量仪是长江防洪模型测控系统中的基本仪器设备,实现0.1mm动态采样精度,低速现场总线中采样数据时间同步是关键。设计中通过探针极化等综合方法解决探针钝化等影响重复精度的问题;通过步进电机往返运动与光栅计数加权平均解决动态水文采样精度问题;通过数据同步设计解决时间同步问题。在实测中该设计各项技术指标均达到或超过设计要求。
This paper introduces the key technology on high-precision tracking mode water level measuring system, which is the essential device of the flood prevention model on the Yangzi River.It represents the principle and com- posing structure of the system,and focuses on the high-precision such as O.lmm dynamic accuracy and data syn- chronization application method as well. By the polarized probe and weighted means,the precision is very high. The data synchronized by special designed frame. As a result,all indicators of the water level measuring instrument have been reached.
