摘要
目的研究多囊卵巢(PCOS)组和对照组VEGF血液和卵巢组织中的表达,探讨VEGF在PCOS的发生发展中的作用。方法应用ELISA测定外周血清VEGF的浓度,原位杂交法检测卵巢组织中VEGFmRNA表达强度。结果血清VEGF水平明显高于正常对照组;初级到次级卵泡的VEGFmRNA表达明显由弱到强,两级卵泡表达强度差异显著(P<0.05),PCOS组和对照组卵巢的颗粒细胞和间质细胞VEGFmRNA表达强度差异显著(P<0.05);结论VEGF可以促使增加卵巢间质血管化,卵泡周围血管生成,参与了PCOS的发生发展。
Objective To study the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in serum and Cytologic localization of VEGF in ovaries were measured in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) and control groups, which would help to explain further the failme of follicular development regulated by local factors, such as VEGF, which are involved in the patilogenesis of PCOS. Methods ELISA method was used to detect the VEGF in serum, In situ hibridizatlon was used for detecting the expression of VEGF mRNA in ovaries of 38 cases PCOS and 30 cases control groups. Results The levels of senml VEGF(246.35 ± 332.9.96)pg/ml,which were significantly higher than those of the control groups(85.61±32.10)pg/ml. In ovary, Staining for VEGFndlNA in the secondary follicular were more than in the primary follicular in PCOS( P 〈 0.05). Staining for VEGFndLNA in the granulose cells and mesenchymal ceils in PCOS were more than control group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The VEGF can urge to increase a quality of ovary blood vessel to turn, the follicular surroundings blood vessel is born, participating the PCOS occurrence and development.
