摘要
目的观察内服健脾化湿汤联合中药清肠栓治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法将90例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组60例,采用内服健脾化湿汤联合清肠栓塞肛治疗;对照组30例,单纯采用内服健脾化湿汤治疗。20 d为1个疗程,均治疗2个疗程。观察临床疗效、主要症状改善及纤维结肠镜镜检积分的改善情况。结果总有效率治疗组为95.0%,对照组为76.7%(P<0.05)。结论内服健脾化湿汤联合中药清肠栓治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,清肠栓具有良好的消炎及促进溃疡愈合作用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Jianpihuashitang Decoction＂ and Chinese herbal medicine ＂Qingehangshuan＂ in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis. Methods Ninety subjects were randomized into two groups treatment group in which 60 cases were treated with ＂Jianpihuashitang Decoction＂ and ＂Qingchangshuan＂ control group in which another 30 cases were treated with ＂Jianpihuashitang Decoction＂. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score, fihercolonscopy score were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 95.0% in treatment group and 76.7% in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is showed that ＂Jianpihuashitang Decoction＂ and Chinese herbal medicine ＂Qingehangshuan＂ has positive effect on chronic ulcerative colitis.
