黑杨无性系苗木年生长规律及抗病性比较 被引量:13

摘要 在育苗试验的基础上,研究了6个黑杨派杂种无性系苗高年生长动态,比较了它们的抗病性.结果表明:无性系苗高年生长规律符合‘S’型生长曲线,用Logistic方程拟合苗高生长进程,相关系数都达到0.99以上;苗高年生长进程划分为3个阶段,即生长前期、速生期和生长后期,各个阶段持续的时间和累积生长量差异很大,速生期持续时间50 d左右,占全生长期1/4,生长量约占年生长量的58%左右;无性系对2种叶部病害的抗性存在显著差异,107、108杨对叶枯病高抗,对黑斑病的感病指数都低于其它4个无性系,中林美荷杨的抗性较差;综合表型性状比较,欧美杨107号和108号苗期生长量大,抗病性强,苗干通直,叶形呈正三角形,落叶期晚,是生产上适宜推广的首选品种. Based on the data derived from field investigation, this paper analyzes the height growth law of one-year cuttings from 6 Aigeiros clones, and compares their disease resistance. Results show that the law of their height growth accords with an ‘S’ curve and by using a Logistic equation for its simulation, the relevant index exceeds 0. 99; that their growth period can be divided into 3 stages: the first being pre-growing, the second fast-growing and the last after-growing; that the sustaining time and growing quantity of each stage has a large difference, namely, the fast-growing period lasting about 50 days, occupying 1/4 of the whole growth period, but the growth quantity being about 58% of the total quantityl that their disease resistance to two leaf-dlseases has an obvious difference, namely, Populus × euramericana No. 107 and No. 108 being strong against Alternaria tenuis, their infection indexes of Marssonina brunnea being lower than those of the other 4 clones, and the disease resistance of PopulusXeuramericana cl. zhonglin being still weaker. A comprehensive comparison of their phenotypes proves that the one-year cuttings of No. 107 and No. 108 has a large growth quantity, stronger disease resistance, straight trunk, equilateral triangle leaves and a late deciduous period, all of which recommend them to be the first species for large-scale plantation.
