摘要
根据国内陆上油田钻井装备的实际状况,本着降低钻井成本的目的,研究出了采用转盘驱动的适用于陆上油田浅开发井的简易套管钻井技术及其配套工具。该技术可满足一只钻头钻至设计井深、中途不更换钻头的要求,而且对钻机无特殊要求,可实现对油层段的裸眼测井。在吉林油田8口井的现场试验结果表明,与常规钻井技术相比,简易套管钻井技术能够提高机械钻速,缩短建井周期,降低钻井成本,有效保护油气层,具有良好的推广应用前景。详细介绍了简易套管钻井技术的施工工艺和专用配套工具的结构、原理及现场试验情况。
In order to reduce drilling cost, the casing drilling technique rotated by rotary table and associated tools were developed considering the actual condition of domestic onshore drilling tools. This technique can meet requirement of drilling a well to the planned depth without bit replacement. There is no special requirements on the rig and open hole well logging can be performed in pay zones. Field tests on 8 wells in Songyuan Oilfield show that this technology is able to improve drilling speed, shorten drilling cycle, decrease drilling cost, and protect pay zones effectively. Therefore this technology has very good application prospect. The application technique, structure and principles of the associated tools and the field application results were introduced in detail in this paper.
