摘要
目的探讨葛根含药血清细胞对成骨细胞增殖和分化的影响。方法取体重260±10g SD大鼠,雌雄各半,每组16只,同等条件下制备葛根含药血清和对照血清,分别观察不同采血时间和血清添加量对成骨细胞增殖和碱性磷酸梅（ALP）的影响。结果末次灌胃后1～ 2h采血对成骨细胞增殖和ALP的作用明显增强。结论含葛根血清可促进成骨细胞的增殖和分化。
Objective To explore the effect of roots of kudzu vine on proliferation and differentiation of cultured ostedblasts in vitro.Methods 16 SD rats with aveage weight of 260±10g,female and male in equal numbers,were divided into two groups randomly,the control group using sera and the experimental group using sera including roots of dudzu vine.The effects of the activity of ALP of osteoblasts were observed at different blood sampling time and sera additon dosage.Results The proliferation and the activity of ALP of ostedoblasts from one to two hour after last time of administration and the activity of ALP of osteoblasts from one to two hour after last time of administration of medicine was much more higher than that in other groups.With sera addition dosage increasing,the effects on osteoblasts enhanced obviously.Conclusion The sera including roots of kudzu vine could improve the proliferation and differentiation of cultured osteoblasts in vitro.
