摘要
新课程改革对教师专业发展提出更高的素质要求。在新课程实施过程中,教师面临教学理念创新与学生素质发展多样性、新型师生关系的建立和发展、适应课程结构的调整、开发课程资源、提高科研能力等理论与实践问题。基于专业化理念,教师惟有深入课程改革实践,善于反思教学问题,合作开展行动研究,提升学术研究水平,才能不断促进专业自主发展。
As new curricular reforms get underway, higher standards have been made on the development of teachers' specialty. In the implementation of new curricular, teachers are confronted with a series of practical and theoretical challenges, including innovating ideas of teaching, developing diversity of students quality, developing better relationship between teachers and students, adapting to the restructured curricular, tapping teaching resources, as well as improving research ability. Proceeding from the idea of specialization, teachers can only propel the development of their speciahy autonomy through the in - depth reform of the curricu lar, reflecting on problems in teaching and developing co - operation in behavior research, and improve their academic ability.
