摘要
目的探讨健康的综合评价指标。方法在伤残调整期望寿命指标的基础上通过模拟研究构建新的可以客观反映居民整体健康状况的指标。结果期望寿命、伤残调整期望寿命侧重反映生存时间,伤残指数可以体现生命质量,伤残调整期望面积可以用来综合评价人群整体健康状况。结论伤残指数、伤残调整期望面积更加适合健康的综合评价。
Objective To study the indicators which reflect the people＇s comprehensive health. Methods Based on DALE, to construct the new indicators by the simulation. Results EX and DALE are used to reflect the span of life. DI can show the .quality of life. If you want to measure the health state of one population overall, the area of disability-adjusted life expectancy is better. Conclusion It is suitable to evaluate the comprehensive health using the area of disability-adjusted life expectancy.
