摘要 在导弹的地面检测系统中,报警不仅是衡量导弹各系统是否正常的重要标志,而且还有利于降低导弹飞行的故障发生率。本文依据概率统计的原理,利用工业生产中通用的SPC(统计过程控制)技术,分析地面检测系统中导弹发射准备时的遥测数据。通过查找常见的6类异常数据,设计了一套导弹故障报警系统,并给出了系统的工作原理和具体的实现过程。该系统的实用性强,可操作性较好,有助于操作人员及时发现导弹的功能故障和潜在故障。 In the ground testing system of missile, alarming is not only an important symbol of judging the missile system condition,but also is benefit for reducing the fault during the missile flight. In this paper, according to the principle of probability statistics and using the current technology of SPC (statistical process control) in industry, the telemetry data in the ground testing system is analyzed when the missile launching preparing. Simultaneously, the fault alarm system is devised based on six kinds of abnormal data,also the working principle and the detailed realizing process of the system are described. As a result, the system has practicability and operation,aM can help workers to find the functional failure and potential failure of missile in time.
