摘要
采用双层辉光离子无氢渗碳的方法对钛合金进行表面强化处理,提高了钛合金的表面强度,改善了其耐磨性;同时避免了氢脆的产生。研究表明钛合金Ti6Al4V双辉离子无氢渗碳合理的工艺参数为:温度880℃~980℃;气压28~40Pa;工件与源极之间距离6~14mm;源极电压600V~800V;阴极电压260V~400V;保温时间2~5h。处理后在钛合金表面形成了高硬改性层,耐磨擦性显著提高。

In this paper, The result indicate that it is reasonable processing parameters of temperature is 880 ℃~980 ℃, source electrode voltage is 600V^800V, cathode voltage is 260V^400V, job air pressure about 28~40Pa, heat preservation time is about 2--5h, distance of between source electrode and cathode is about 6~ 14mmo The highly hardness modified layer have been formed on sample surface after deal with, The wear resist was evidently increased.
