This paper dwells upon the processing of a peony hawkthorn wine.First, hawkthorn juice is extracted from hawkthorn .Through alco hhholic and fermentaion,which.is then mixed with alcohhholic and sugar to prouduce hawkthorn wine with great nutritive functions. The prod uct,has not only high nutritive value and special flavor, but also health function.
