摘要
基于MADYMO软件的Gas Flow流体计算方法及5百分位Facet假人建立了驾驶员侧气囊模型及5百分位女性假人两种离位情况(OOP)的计算机模型,并通过气囊静态展开试验及假人两种不同位置的试验验证了模型的正确性。在此模型基础上通过改变气囊参数,分析了各参数对两个位置模型人体各部位损伤影响及其灵敏度。仿真结果表明,对离位乘员伤害影响比较敏感的气囊参数依次为气体发生器峰值压力、气袋体积、排气孔大小、织物渗透率、织物杨氏模量及密度。
Based on the Gas Flow CFD module and the 5th percentile female dummy Facet in MADYMO code, a driver-side airbag model and a 5th percentile female dummy model in two out-of-position (OOP) situations are set up, which are then verified by static airbag deployment test with two OOP female dummies. A simulation is performed and the effects of airbag parameters on the injury on each part of the dummy in two OOP situations and their corresponding sensitivities are analyzed. The simulation results indicate that the airbag parameters having more effects on OOP injury are in turn the peak pressure in gas generator, airbag volume and the size of vent hole, as well as the permeability, Young's modulus and density of the fabric.
