摘要
以国内某型乘用车驾驶员侧安全气囊为研究对象,采用虚拟仿真技术进行气囊的结构设计。应用MADYMO软件搭建了气囊平台模型、气袋模型和乘员约束系统模型,进行了零部件强度分析并优化了结构设计。经过安全气囊静态起爆试验,验证了汽车安全气囊虚拟仿真优化设计的正确性。
By taking the driver's side airbag of a domestically-made passenger car as the research object,the design of the airbag structure by the virtual simulation technology is carried out.The MADYMO software is used to set up the airbag platform model,airbag model and occupant restraint system model,the strength analysis of components is conducted,and the structural design is optimized.Through the airbag static detonation test,the correctness of the virtual simulation optimized design of the automobile airbag is verified.
