摘要
维修方式的选择是制定装备维修方案的一个重要问题。将维修方式分为修复性维修、探测维修、定时维修、状态维修、预先维修和改进性维修。讨论了各种维修方式的适用性和有效性,分析了维修方式的选择顺序,建立了一个新的维修方式逻辑决策模型。该模型分为3个部分:非重要功能产品和故障风险可以接受的重要功能产品的维修决策;故障风险不能接受的重要功能产品的预防性维修决策;重要功能产品的改进性维修决策。与常用的MSG3和RCM2逻辑决策模型的对比分析表明,该逻辑决策方法简单、明了,便于操作。
The choice of maintenance modes is a very important problem for laying down maintenance concept of military equipment. Maintenance modes can be divided into corrective maintenance, detective maintenance, time-based maintenance, condition-based maintenance, proactive maintenance and improve- ment maintenance. Applicability and validityof maintenance modes were discussed, and selection order of maintenance modes was analyzed. A new logic decision model of maintenance modes was put forward. The model was composed of three parts: the maintenance decision of non-functionally significant item (NFSI) and functionally significant item (FSI) which failure risk is acceptable, the preventive maintenance decision of FSI which failure risk is not acceptable, and the improvement maintenance decision of FSI. Compared with the logic decision models of MSG3 and RCM2, the logic decision method of maintenance modes is clear, simple and easy to use.
