摘要
目的:研究乳铁蛋白的免疫调节作用。方法:采用MTT法检测乳铁蛋白对小鼠外周血单个核细胞以及脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响;利用角叉菜胶所致大鼠足趾肿胀模型研究其抗炎症活性。结论:乳铁蛋白对小鼠外周血单个核细胞的增殖具有显著抑制作用,且抑制程度与浓度有关。在浓度达100μg/ml以上时,抑制效果非常显著(p<0.001),浓度达1000μg/ml时,抑制作用最为明显。此外,乳铁蛋白具有抗炎症作用。
Objective: To study the regulating function of immunity for lactoferrin. Methods: M TT method was used to observed the influence of lactoferrin on the lymphoproliferation activity of peripheral blood mononuclear ceils and spleen cells and rat's hind paw edema induced by carrageenan were used to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of it. Result: Lf can inhibit the growth of lymphocytes T, B-cell and the effet depend on dose. Furthermore, Lf exerts a definite anti-inflammatory effect on mice.
