克拉玛依石化分公司I套蒸馏装置加工原油为低硫高酸值稠油,本文介绍分析了其工艺设备的腐蚀情况及腐蚀机理,通过材质升级、在线监测等防腐措施使装置实现了"三年一修"的目标。
This article introduce the first distillation plant processing low sulfur content and high acid value crude oil in petrochina karamay petrochemical company ,analysis the corrosion problems of techniques and equipments; The aim of “three-year repair cycle” was ensured by the anti-corrosion methods such as the improvement of material and on-line monitor.
