摘要
目的研究吸入麻醉药异氟醚直接腹腔内注射的麻醉效果。方法SD大鼠腹腔内注射不同剂量(1、2、3、4ml/kg)的未经乳化的异氟醚原液,观察大鼠翻正反射、夹尾反射消失的潜伏期和持续时间,并观察麻醉状态下大鼠动脉压、心率和呼吸频率的变化。结果一次性腹腔内注射异氟醚可导致大鼠处于适合手术操作的麻醉状态。当注射剂量为3ml/kg时,麻醉率达100%,大鼠处于适合手术的麻醉状态。翻正反射消失长达(102.07±9.89)min,夹尾反射消失达(57.52±6.16)min。结论异氟醚直接腹腔内注射可作为动物实验时吸入性麻醉药的给药途径之一,此途径给药可用于研究吸入性麻醉药的中枢作用机理。
Objective Anesthetic effects of isoflurane administered intraperitoneally were studied in SD rats. Methods Various dosages of non-emulsive isoflurane were intraperitioneally injected in the rats. The latency and persistent duration of disappearance of right reflex and tail clamp reflex were observed and the changes of blood pressure, heart rate and breathing frequency were recorded during anaesthesia. Results A bolus intraperitoneal injection of isoflurane induced a perfect anesthetic state in the rats. At the dosage of 3 ml/kg, all rats were satisfactorily anaesthetized. The disappearance for right reflex lasted for as long as (102.07±9.89) min, and for tail clamp reflex (57.52±6.16) min. Conclusion The result indicates that a bolus intraperitoneal injection of isoflurane can be used as a route of general anesthesia in experimental animals. The model can be used to study the central mechanism of general anaesthetics.
