摘要
从长期受苯胺污染的土壤中筛选到2株对苯胺降解能力很强的细菌,分别为假单胞杆菌(Pseudomonassp.ZD-13)和芽孢杆菌(Bacilussp.SA-9)。2株细菌均属中温细菌,最适生长温度为30℃,最适生长pH为7.0,在含低浓度苯胺培养基中生长比高浓度的好。在选定的最适条件下,测定了2株细菌的生长及其对苯胺的降解能力。在含200mg/L、500mg/L苯胺的培养基中,28℃下振荡培养48h,苯胺降解率均为100%,而在含1000mg/L、1500mg/L、2000mg/L苯胺的培养基中,28℃下振荡培养48h,苯胺降解率分别大于80%、60%和40%。
Two strains of bacteria were isolated from the soil polluted by aniline,and identified as Pseudomonas sp.ZD-13 and Bacillus sp.SA-9.The optimum culture conditions of the bacteria were studied.The optimum growth pH and temperature of the two bacteria were 7 0 and 30℃,respectively.Both strains grew better in the medium containing lower concentration of aniline than in that containing higher concentration of aniline.At the optimum conditions the aniline degrading capacities of the two strains were investigated.The removal rates of aniline were 100%,100%,80%,60% and 40%,respectively after the strains growing on the mediums containing 200 mg/L,500 mg/L,1000 mg/L,1500mg/L and 2000 mg/L of aniline at 28℃ for 48 h
