2例冠心病患者的C-反应蛋白及脂蛋白(a)的相关性观察

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者的C反应蛋白及脂蛋白(a)的相关性。方法:测定78例无冠心病者和92例冠心病患者的血清CRP和脂蛋白(a),并与162例健康体检者的血清CRP和脂蛋白(a)做统计学比较和相关性分析。结果:①无冠心病组的CRP与对照组没有显著性意义(P>0.05),而脂蛋白(a)与对照组有显著性意义(P>0.05);②冠心病组与对照组的CRP和脂蛋白(a)测定值均有显著性意义(P<0.05);③冠心病患者的CRP与脂蛋白(a)之间具有一定的相关性(r=0.571;P<0.05)。结论:血清CRP及脂蛋白(a)是冠心病者动静相结合的检测指标,二者联合测定有利于冠心病者的预测、诊断及预后。 Objective: To investigate the association between C-reactive proteins (CRP) and lipoprotein (a) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: The serum CRP and lipoprotein (a) were determined in 78 non-CHD patients and 92 CHD patients, and the results were compared with those of 162 healthy physical examinees (control group), the association between CRP and lipoprotein (a) was also analyzed. Results: (1) The serum CRP in the non-CHD group was not significantly different from that in the control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ), but the serum lipoprotein (a) was significantly different from that in the control group (P 〈0.05 ). (2) The serum CRP and lipoprotein (a) were significantly different between the CHD group and control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). (3) There was certain association between CRP and lipoprotein (a) in CHD patients ( r = 0. 571, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Serum CRP and lipoprotein (a) are the dynamic and static detection indexes for CHD patients, and the combined determination of them is good for the prediction, diagnosis and prognosis of CHD.
