摘要
目的:掌握我院肾移植患者住院期间的药物应用情况。方法:对我院2005年98例肾移植患者住院期间应用的药物品种、相关费用及药物利用情况进行回顾性分析。结果:肾移植患者平均年龄(42.50±10.56)a,平均住院时间(18.64±7.03)d,平均住院药费(18 745.36±7 603.86)元,占总住院费用的38.52%。销售金额排序列前20位的药品主要为免疫抑制剂、激素、抗微生物药等。结论:我院肾移植患者住院期间用药情况基本合理。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the drug use in the inpatients undergoing renal transplantation .METHODS：The drugs used in 98 inpatients undergoing renal transplantation during hospital stay in 2005 were analyzed retrospectively in respect of drug kinds, related expenses, and drug utilization .RESULTS： The inpatients undergoing renal transplantation had a mean age of（42.50 ± 10.56） a; the average hospital stay was（ 18.64 ±7.03） d, and the average drug cost was （ 18 745.36 ±7 603.86） yuan, comprising 38.52% of the total.The top 20 drugs in terms of consumption sum were mainly immunosuppressants, hormones, and anti- infectives etc.CONCLUSION： The drug use in the inpatients undergoing renal transplantation in our hospital was rational on the whole.
