摘要
应用免疫组化方法检测４１例肾癌和１１例正常肾组织中ｂＦＧＦ的表达。结果显示：肾癌组织中ｂＦＧＦ的阳性率为７５．６％（３１／４１），正常肾组织为５４．５％（６／１１），两者相比无显著性差异，两者的强阳性率分别为６１．０％、２７．３％，有显著性差异。ｂＦＧＦ表达的强度与肾癌病理分级、分期密切相关。提示ｂＦＧＦ参与肾癌的发生发展过程，可作为肾癌生物学行为的一项评估指标。
The expression of bFGF was investigated in 41 cases of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and 11 normal kindey tissues with immunohistochemical method. The results showed that the positive expression of bFGF in RCC (75.6%,31/41) was significantly higher than that in the normal kindey tissues (54.5%,6/11). There was no significant difference between them ( P >0.05), but the intensive positive rate in the two groups was 61.6% and 27.3%, respectively ( P <0.01). The expression intensity of bFGF was closely related to the pathological grade and the stage of RCC. It suggests that overexpression of bFGF may play a role in the development of RCC and may serve as a tumor marker to evaluate the biological behavior of RCC.
