摘要
通过对8株蝉拟青霉Paecilomyces cicadae胞内几丁质酶、蛋白酶、溶菌酶的活力测定,从中筛选出酶活力高的菌株为GZDXIFR3716,并对3种酶的产酶条件进行了研究。结果表明,GZDXIFR3716产3种酶的最佳发酵培养基组成为葡萄糖20g.L-1、酵母膏5g.L-1、K2HPO41g.L-1;其几丁质酶、蛋白酶和溶菌酶含量最高的发酵时间分别为48h、60h和84h;而3种酶的最适反应温度分别为50℃、40℃和40℃;3种酶的最适反应pH值分别为6.0、7.0和5.0。
The tested result of enzyme activities indicated that GZDXIFR3716 is the highest yield strain fermented the chitinase,proteinase,lysozyme among 8 strains of Paecilomyces cicadaes. The study demonstrated that the ingredients of optimal medium fermented three enzymes were composed of glucose(20g·L^-1), yeast extract paste(Sg·L^-1), K2 HPO4 (lg·L^-1). The peak time of the chitinase' , proteinase' , lysozyme's concentrations in the GZDXIFR3716 broth were 48h,60h and 84 hrespectively;and the optimal temperature of them in reaction were 50℃, 40℃ and 40℃ respectively, the optimal pH value of them in reaction were 6.0. 7.0 and 5.0 respectively.
