Genetic analysis of heat tolerance in cucumber

摘要 以两个耐热和两个热敏的黄瓜亲本进行完全双列杂交,连同亲本、F1代自交和回交世代(P1,P2,F1,F2,B1,B2)作为试验材料,对高温处理的叶片进行细胞质膜热稳定性测定。运用MINQUE(1)的统计方法,以Cockerham提出的遗传模型建模原理,用加性-显性遗传模型对结果进行遗传分析。结果表明,黄瓜耐热性属于多基因控制的数量遗传,由主效基因控制;加性效应为59.052,显性效应为18.509;广义遗传率为42.109%,狭义遗传率为55.308%。 Using the two cucumber parents of complete diallel cross between heat tolerance and heat sensitive, the generation F1 of the two parents and backcross generation (P1,P2,F1,F2,B1,B2) were as the experiment materials to determine heat stability of cytoplasm membrane of cucumber leaves treated by high temperature. By using MINQUE (1) statistical method and the genetic model modeling theory brought by Cockerham, the research analyzed the genetic result by AD genetic model. The result showed the heat tolerance of cucumber belonged to quantity heredity controlled by multi-genes and was also controlled by main gene. The adding effect was 59.052, dominance effect was 18.509, broad heritability ratio was 42.109% and the narrow heritability ratio was 55.308%.
