摘要
较系统地介绍了采用物理与化学相结合的方法,快速破除木包装中松材线虫幼虫休眠期,加速休眠幼虫转变为成虫,促进休眠幼虫的分离数量,缩短检疫时间,提高松材线虫的检出率。
This paper introduces the fast quarantining methods for dormant larvae of pine wood nematode Bursaphelenchus xylophilus with combination of physical and chemical means systematically. The methods can /break larval dormancy period in wood packaging, accelerate the speed of dormancy larvae changing into adult, increase the number of dormancy larvae isolated, shorten the quarantine time, and increase the detection rate of pine wood nematode.
