摘要
分析了目前食品在生产、加工、储存及流通领域违背伦理道德的现象。产生的原因是食品生产者及食品企业伦理道德沦丧,政府行为、法制不健全,市场监管不力,食品源头污染严重,消费者维权意识淡薄。提出应加强道德教育体系建设,完善法制建设,加大监管力度,加强源头治理,完善信用体系和失信惩戒体系建设,提高公民食品安全意识等应对策略。
By analyzing the immoral and unethical circulation of food, this article points out the relevant issues existing in the production, processing, storage and origin lies in the ruined ethics and morality of the food producers and enterprises, the irresponsibility of government, the unsoundness of concerned legislation, the defect of market supervision, the severe pollution of market sources, and the lack of consumers' awareness of protecting their legal rights. This article also comes up with some feasible countermeasures, such as to strengthen the construction of morality education system and legislation system, to reinforce the supervision system and the food resource management, to consummate the construction of credit system and discredit punishment system, and enhance the citizens'awareness of protecting their legal rights related to food consumption, etc.
