摘要
从地震工程技术的应用、地震防御和应急救援以及防震减灾社会保障三个方面综述了发达和发展中国家大城市防震减灾对策。通过对这些对策的认识,对于提高我国大城市防震减灾对策有积极的意义。
In this paper, the earthquake risk reduction strategies respectively adopted by developed and developing countries are summarized from three aspects： application of earthquake engineering techniques, earthquake disaster prevention, emergency response ＆ relief and social assistance. A better understanding of these strategies will help China to promote its earthquake risk reduction for mega-cities
