摘要
选择晴天,利用LI-6400光合作用仪每隔1h测定1次叶片的净光合速率(Pn)。结果表明:9803杏Pn的日变化呈双峰曲线,2次高峰分别出现在10:00和15:00。Pn与光合有效辐射、气孔导度、蒸腾速率的变化规律相同,都表现出先下降后上升的趋势,而与CO2浓度和胞间CO2浓度的变化规律正好相反。9803杏的光补偿点为22.9μmol.m-2.s-1,饱和点为788μmol.m-2.s-1,CO2补偿点、饱和点分别为66.29μmol.m-2.s-1和1199μmol.m-2.s-1。
The net photosynthetic rate of leaves of 9803 apricot were studied every hour using the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system in sunshine times. The results showed the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of 9803 apricot was two peak curve, the time are 10:00 and 15:00. Pn had the same regular with PAR, GS and Evap. The light compensation point of 9803 apricot was 22.91μmol.m^-2·s^-1,the light saturation point was 7881μmol·m^-2·s^-1, the CO2 compensation and saturation point was 66.291μmol- m^-2·s^-1 and 11991μmol·m^-2- s^-1.
