摘要
以3年生朋娜脐橙为试材,研究了不同天气型下塑料大棚对脐橙叶片净光合速率(netphotosynthesisPn)的影响。晴天Pn日均值是棚外的2倍左右,持续时间长4h;多云天气Pn是棚外的2.4倍,持续时间比晴天短1h;阴天Pn日均值是棚外的2.60。倍,持续时间比棚外长6h。无论何种天气型,Pn的变化规律与棚外相似,但是棚内叶片在晚上还有一定的同化CO2的能力,棚外叶片的Pn则为负值。同时还研究了影响光合作用的主要生态因子及它们的变化规律。
By using 3-year-old skagg's Bonanza navel trees for the experimental ma-terial, the effect of plastic filmhouse planting on photosynthesis of the navel orange was studied under different weather conditions. In sunny days, the daily average value of the photosynthetic rate (Pn) in the plastic house was, about double what it was in the open or chard, and its duration was four hours long. In cloudy days, the Pn inside filmhouse was 2. 4 times that outside and its duration was about one hour shorter than in sunny days. In the overcast, the inside Pn was 2. 6 times higher and lasted 6 hours longer than the outside Pn respectively. However, in all weather conditions, the inside Pn had a similar variation rule with the outside Pn except that, at night, leaves inside the filmhouse displayed obvious pho-tosynthetic capacity while the outside leaf Pn value was minus. The main ecological factors influencing photosynthesis and their daily variation rules were also studied.
