摘要
如何办好高等教育,走特色发展之路是世界各国积极探索的永恒主题。加拿大高等教育管理的制度化、层次化和依法办学等成功经验,对我国的高等教育的改革和发展有着许多可供借鉴之处。
Every country＇s higher education has oneself characteristics for training person with ability in the world. But how to reach a higher level in higher education system is a eternal topic for every university in all countries. Undoubtedly, we can learn much from the successful way of institutionalization, layering and run a school according to law of Canadian higher education administration.
